Delivery Policy

• We do not operate our own courier fleet.
• All shipping processes follow the policies and terms of each respective logistics service provider.

• Deliveries are carried out using couriers available in the system (e.g., JNE, J&T, SiCepat, etc.).
• Customers may select their preferred courier during checkout (if available).

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

• Shipping estimates follow the standards provided by each courier.
• Little Dimple is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, including bad weather, operational constraints, or force majeure.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on:

• Destination location
• Weight/volume of the items
• Type of courier service selected

5. STATUS AND TRACKING

• A tracking number (AWB) will be provided after the order has been shipped.
• Customers can track their shipment directly through the official website of the chosen courier.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

If issues occur, such as:

• Items not received
• Shipping status not updating
• Items damaged during transit

7. RESPONSIBILITY

• Once the order is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service.
• Little Dimple will assist with communication if necessary but is not fully responsible for the courier's operational issues.
