This Refund Policy explains the terms and procedures for order cancellations and refunds at Little Dimple. By making a purchase on our Website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stipulated in this policy.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- Little Dimple is committed to providing the best service to our customers.
- Currently, order cancellation and refund features are not available automatically within our system.
- All requests regarding cancellations and refunds will be handled manually through direct communication with our team.
2. SUBMITTING CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Customers may request an order cancellation or refund by:
- Contacting Little Dimple Customer Service via phone/WhatsApp at +62 811-1719-908.
- Providing the following information: full name, order number, screenshot proof of purchase, and reason for the request.
3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS
- Refund requests may be considered provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Every refund will be subject to an administrative fee of Rp 10,000.
- The amount refunded will be the total payment minus the administrative fee.
- Little Dimple reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet these terms and conditions.
4. REFUND PROCESS
- Once a request is approved, the refund process will be completed within 3-7 working days.
- Funds will be returned through a mutually agreed-upon payment method.
5. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Because the system does not yet support automated features, the entire process is conducted manually.
- Responses to refund requests will follow Little Dimple's operational hours.
