3. Payment must be made in full before the Order is processed and shipped.
4. We accept payment methods as displayed on the Website.
5. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order in case of:

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

1. An Order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of the Order.

3. Customers may request cancellation before shipment confirmation.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary.
2. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
3. Risk of loss transfers to the Customer once the Product has been delivered to the shipping address.
4. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

8.1 Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within seven (7) calendar days from the date the Product is received.

To be eligible for a return:

1. The Product must be unused and in its original condition.
2. All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
4. For defective or incorrect item claims, Customers must provide clear photo and/or video evidence (including unboxing video if requested).

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Minor color differences due to screen display variations
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Products damaged due to misuse

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

8.3 Refund Policy

1. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned Product.
2. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
3. Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
4. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
